- The buyer can collect the parcel at a CDEK pickup point (ПВЗ) or a Russian Post office in their own city. That point belongs to the carrier, not to BOARDak.
- Free from 5,000 RUB to a CDEK pickup point and to a Russian Post office. CDEK courier to the door is priced separately in checkout.
- Shipped orders are paid online (T-Bank). Pay on pickup only at the Rostov shop.
- Physical skate shop: Rostov-on-Don only (Pushkinskaya 132/59), Tuesday–Sunday 11:00–17:00, Monday closed. No BOARDak shop in Moscow or Saint Petersburg.
